Did Not flood during Harvey. This house is a fantastic home NOT just because it is beautiful itself BUT also because of the neighborhood. In my opinion one of the most desirable features is high ceilings only followed by lots of natural light and this house has them both, in addition to having the master downstairs a huge covered patio, no back neighbors a beautiful kitchen, front porch and lots of perfect places for morning coffee. Walking distance to schools and 2 parks plus club house, tennis, swimming and other amenities. The club house is available to residents, if fits 120 people very good set up for parties.
