Hello future tenants of 2501 Alexander Court! We wanted say a big hello and tell you about how we’ve enjoyed our time at this beautiful home while living here and in this fantastic and convenient area! We’re the original owners for the past 17.5 years and proud to say that our kids grew up here as well as attended the highly rated schools. We have loved the location being right by the toll roads, not far from IH35 and close to many stores/restaurants, etc. It is also nice being near the Kalahari Resort which might be a great place for extended family to stay while visiting! I run every day on the brushy creek greenbelt in our neighborhood and it’s so nice to have nature so close by! We also have two community pools and parks for your enjoyment. Cook to your hearts content in the pretty kitchen with Granite countertops, large pantry and lots of drawers for your pots and pans! The backyard patio is right outside for easy trips to the refrigerator and for entertain! The primary bedroom is HUGE with a sitting area which can be part of your tranquil oasis. The primary bathroom was re-modeled by Re-Bath as a double shower head walk in shower which you will really enjoy! The primary closet is very spacious and can handle any clothes worshiper’s dreams, plus it has no carpet! The huge backyard has nice sized patios which would be a great place to entertain, grill or play yard games! The first extended patio has a motorized retractable awning for more shade which has been awesome as the sun sets. If you love to grill, we are leaving our grill for your use and it uses natural gas which is connected through the property so it’s super easy and convenient! We have really enjoyed living in this house and location and sincerely hope you will too!
