Everything from silverware to outdoor furniture is included. Interim housekeeping can be arranged through property manager on longer term rentals. Complex charges $70 per month per vehicle as a resort/parking/amenities fee - that is paid directly to the complex, not to the management company or owner of the condo. Come test drive ownership before you buy, or make this your own personal oasis without the expense of ownership. Sorry, no subleasing permitted.
