About this property

Pretty small acreage to build on or just get away and enjoy the country. This 8.35 Acres has a beautiful building site with several large trees on a rise near the front of the property and a nice pond located near the middle to back of the property that appears to be be spring fed. Lots of trees and heavy cover on the back side of the property. Wildlife in abundance and lots of wild blackberries. Electricity serviced by Comanche County Co-op runs along the county road. Will need to drill for a water well. Wildlife exemption in place that keeps taxes low! There is a POA for the property but no dues at this time.
