About this property

House is located on a large .31 acres lot. Owner started Contruction on a frame house with new windows, metal roof with front siding but has no flooring or walls and has stopped building. County tax records are for 2 lots (4-5) and the back lot could probably be separated with a new survey facing Green St. and build another house. All utilities are available and should be checked with the City of Rockdale by the buyer. Be careful when touring the house. Owner has no survey. Property is being sold as is with cash or bank financing. Buyer to check with the City of Rockdale on when they can complete construction on the house after possession.
