The home has its own meters for water and electric; will be responsible for all utilities and lawn care. Refrigerator can be supplied if needed. A maximum of 2 animals are allowed; breed and size restrictions may apply--call for details. All animals must be registered through PetScreening. There is a non-refundable fee of $300 per animal, due at lease signing, plus $25 per month - per animal.
