Church Non Profit use building. Has been a Church for more than 25 years. The 3500 square foot sanctuary with pews will seat approximately 120 people and there is a separate room that has been a nursery for younger children. There is also a pastor's office on the opposite side of the nursey. There is an area on the stage behind pulpit for a choir and just behind that there is a baptistry. On either side of the baptistry, there are changing rooms that are used for storage as well. Walking through the sanctuary back to the fellowship hall, there are 2 restrooms for men and women. The 1500 sq ft fellowship hall has kitchen cabinets, stoves, refrigerator and coffee bar to accommodate special events and gatherings. It has also been used for Sunday school classes and children's Sunday school class as well. There are also full men and women's restrooms in the fellowship hall with the separate stalls for privacy. Outside you have 1.5 acres for future building and parking needs and a portable building that has been used for storage but has also been wired and has an a/c unit for specific uses.
